gnu: arm-trusted-firmware: Update to 2.3.
* gnu/packages/firmware (make-arm-trusted-firmware): Update to 2.3.
[source]: Remove hdcp patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/arm-trusted-firmware-disable-hdcp.patch: Remove patch.
* gnu/local.mk: Update accordingly.
