gnu: guix-daemon: Run 'guix' from /var/guix/profiles/per-user/root.

* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guix-daemon)[arguments]: Execute
/var/guix/profiles/per-user/root/current-guix/bin/guix instead of ~root/….
