gnu: vdpauinfo: Fetch from git repository.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (vdpauinfo)[source]: Use GIT-FETCH and GIT-FILE-NAME.
[arguments]: Replace the default 'bootstrap phase.
[native-inputs]: Add autoconf & automake.
