gnu: cl-ana: Update to 0.0.0-2.848185e.
* gnu/packages/lisp-xyz.scm (sbcl-cl-ana): Update to 0.0.0-2.848185e.
[inputs]: Use new style.
[native-inputs]: Add openmpi and pkg-config.
[propagated-inputs]: Add gnuplot.
[arguments]: Update 'fix-paths' phase.
