inferior: Add 'inferior-package-derivation'.
* guix/inferior.scm (read-inferior-response)
(send-inferior-request): New procedures.
(inferior-eval): Rewrite in terms of these.
(proxy, inferior-package-derivation, inferior-package->derivation)
(package-compiler): New procedures.
* tests/inferior.scm ("inferior-package-derivation"): New test.
