packages: <content-hash> printer gracefully handle #f values.
Suggested by Robin Green <greenrd@greenrd.org>.
* guix/packages.scm (print-content-hash): Gracefully deal with cases
with 'content-hash-value' returns #f, as is the case for 'linux-libre'.
