* guix/scripts/package.scm (ensure-default-profile): Move
/var/guix/profiles/per-user handling to...
* guix/profiles.scm (ensure-profile-directory): ... here.  New
procedure.
* po/guix/POTFILES.in: Add 'guix/profiles.scm'.
