utils: Add `which'.
* guix/build/utils.scm (which): New procedure.
* distro/packages/lsh.scm (lsh): Use `which' instead of `search-path'.
* distro/packages/perl.scm (perl): Likewise.
* distro/packages/attr.scm (attr): Likewise.
