uuid: Move tests to 'tests/uuid.scm'.
* tests/file-systems.scm ("uuid->string", "string->uuid")
("uuid", "uuid, syntax error"): Move to...
* tests/uuid.scm: ... here. New file.
("uuid, ISO-9660, format preserved"): New test.
