gexp: Add compiler for <gexp-input>.
* guix/gexp.scm (gexp-input-compiler): New procedure.
* tests/gexp.scm ("gexp references non-existent output")
("gexp-input, as first-class input"): New tests.
* doc/guix.texi (G-Expressions): Document it.
