(make-option-serializer, make-percentage-threshold-serializer): New
procedures.
(cachefilesd-configuration): New record type.
(cachefilesd-service-type): New variable.
* gnu/tests/cachefilesd.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
