prepares for 'git-bare' support.

(query-vault, request-cooking): Make 'kind' optional, and add #:archive-type.
Use 'vault-url'.
(vault-fetch): Make 'kind' optional and add #:archive-type. Adjust
'query-vault' and 'request-cooking' calls accordingly.
