(profile-derivation): Use them. Add #:info-dir? parameter and honor
it.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (guix-package): Call 'profile-derivation'
with #:info-dir? #f when the 'bootstrap? option is set.
* tests/profiles.scm ("profile-derivation"): Pass #:info-dir? #f.
