nonguix: multiarch-container: Expose /dev/{nvidia-uvm,nvidia-uvm-tools}.
* nonguix/multiarch-container.scm (make-container-wrapper):
Expose /dev/nvidia-uvm and /dev/nvidia-uvm-tools.
These two are now needed for dxvk to start on 580+ drivers.
